So many dentist offices do not have weekend availability in the DSM/WDM area. It is such a valuable offering for me, so I was glad that Aspen offered Saturday’s. Front staff, techs, hygienist, doctor were all professional and friendly. Very happy with my visit.

It was nice to have something available since my regular dentist was closed. Sign says "Walk-Ins Welcome". However i did not feel this way. Everything felt rushed like it was a burden. I was able to get my issue taken care of however time will have to pass to see final outcome.

The staff is the best. Personable, wonderful, and exceptional. I will be going to them for all my dental needs. They take true pride in their work and it shows. Best experience. I felt cared for and heard. Thank you Jesus.

Only interested in selling products. Not upfront about costs. My insurance seemed to cover nothing with them which should not have been the case. My cleaning was mediocre at best and with my insurance I payed over $200 and that’s after asking them to take the $300 tooth brush off (they never even asked, just included until I asked why it was going to cost so much) and declining the $30 toothpaste. They also want to collect money for future appointments which I was not willing to pay until the service was rendered. This is just a large company interested in sales. Please do yourself a favor and find a small local practice you can trust.

This place is a hot mess. They rescheduled on me twice. The first time, they called and said the x ray machine wasn't working. Understandable. The second time, I showed up and they told me they were running behind and asked if I wouldn't mind rescheduling. Still somewhat understandable. On my third attempt to be seen, I showed up fifteen minutes early as requested. I sat in the waiting room for nearly an hour and when I finally asked what was up, the receptionist said it would be just a minute. A few minutes later I'm told they are running behind and was asked if I wanted to reschedule again. Avoid this place at all costs. Hopefully they go out of business so a real dentist can open up shop and make better use of the office space.
