The entire staff is excellent

All I wanted was my tooth fixed!!!!!! MY insurance would cover it BUT NO You wanted more $$$$ sell me inneeded and procedures to increase my cost My insurance would cover $1900!!!! I WILL NOT!!! BE back You WASTED my time and yours AND I will tell EVERYONE to avoid Aspen dental Oh yea below zero stars

They got me in quickly, however, I went due to a broken tooth that is causing an immense amount of pain. I wanted to get that taken care of and they seem to really be concerned with pushing a ton of not urgent or pressing things that I simply cannot afford to do right now. I told them I knew I had other things but just wanted this taken care of now and it fell on deaf ears. The office manager offered payment plan options for over 8k worth of services and was helpful attempting to make it affordable but now I am still right where I started them having given me a referral to somewhere for part one of the treatment I need and that place is not in network with my insurance.

False advertising. Online, it says urgent care. The window front says walk in's welcome. I had an emergency and they turned me away. I do not recommend this business since they do not provide the service that they advertise.

The staff is amazing. They worked with me for setting up future appointments to start working on my dental health. Plus setting up the first appointment online was the so easy.

0 Stars and I would encourage you to never go here! I have never been treated so poorly by a Dr. in my life. Horrible treatment to customers and quite honestly I don't believe this Dentist if she even is one should ever work on anyone. I had 4 teeth pulled and was yelled at, belittled and threatened during the procedure by the so-called dentist and to boot I left the facility I had blood all over my face. Again I would not recommend this place at all!!!!!
