I was really nervous about this visit. But the folks at Aspen dental put me at ease. I will be having several appointments in the future. I'm very glad I went!

Shout out to the Aspen Dental group as a whole.. but specifically Stephanie and Dr. Clayborn of the Lenoir City office. Went in today for an emergency extraction of an abscess tooth and not only were they incredibly fast, they were exceptionally kind. Dentist visits are not exactly fun, but Stephanie and Dr. Clayborn ensured I will continue to use this group for all my future dental needs. I was very nervous about my dental procedures. I had to have a more in depth cleaning and have very sensitive teeth. Gisselle was very accommodating, efficient and patient with me. I also had a crown done and Rachel and Dr. Clayborn got me through it. I do wish they offered Nitrous oxide because it makes it easier for the patient. The whole team was great though and put me at ease.

A special shoutout goes to Maddi, a member of their team, who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. She was exceptional in making me feel at ease and patiently answered all my questions. Her professionalism and kindness truly stood out. Overall, I was very pleased with the level of care and attention I received during my visit. I've always been very weary of dentist, but the team at Aspen dental put my weariness at easy. They were all very sweet and helpful. I had 8 teeth extracted and didn't feel a thing. Dr. Clayton and Allison were very sweet and understanding and made sure to ckon my pain level every couple minutes and when I did start to feel the slightest bit of pain the stopped the procedure and gave me more numbing meds. In the steps to have my dentures made Alyssa was very informative and sweet. She made sure to explain every step so I was able to understand everything that was going to happen. And Dreama the office manager, is just the sweetest thing, she made sure everything ran smoothly and even helped me apply for credit when I wasn't able to pay the full amount. I can say enough good thing about everyone in this office they are absolutely and amazing team and I would definitely give them a 10/10 and would highly recommend them.

Multiple interactions over the past two years have proven to me that even though the price may be lower in this office, the service never is. I have stopped in frantically with a broken part the day I was leaving town for a week, and they saved my business trip as well as my pride in quickly fixing me up - FREE - as an extension of the prior work I've had done there. The relief was worth 80 5-star reviews. Highly recommend them - service, quality, and CARING while staying more affordable.
