Crystal and Dr Chamberlin listened to my concerns and took the appropriate action. Crystal has a great demeaner which helped to calm me before the procedure.

I came in, needing help and Understanding. I received both exceptionally from office manager Amy, and when I had fillings done Avery and Dr. Chamberlain helped me and calmed.me through the process. They also took extra time to help me with my dentures. Actually every member of the staff that I have encountered have been amazing. They are so understanding and so welcoming. I will recommend everyone to come there.

All of the staff were super friendly and kind. I had a great experience and plan on coming back in the future. The assistant Kenzie was great and the dental hygienist Abby was also awesome. Thank you!

It was easy to make an appointment online. The entire staff was polite, professional, & knowledgable. I am extremely thankful for the kindness & courtesy shown. I will definitely return for my future dental needs!!

Initially I had a scheduling issue where twice when I called to schedule, I talked to someone at their scheduling center and not the direct office and told that I had appointments scheduled but actually didn’t. I have a broken tooth and had serious pain and was needing something quick. Once I finally got my appointment, the guy who took my x rays was very friendly and attentive, as well as the dental hygienist, and the doctor were amazing. I was a little tired and kind of out of it and don’t remember their names but was very pleased. Their office manager was outstanding. I let her know that I’ve never had such a positive experience at the dentist and I look forward to conducting future business with them!

My crown fell off, so I went to the 1st Ave location to see if they could fix it. No Dr. available. The lady, who was very pleasant throughout my not so nice attitude, called the Edgewood Rd location, and they said to send me over. I did get right in. They fixed my crown but tore up my partial to make sure it wasn't pushing on my crown. Now I need to replace the partial. I don't understand why they can't just fix something without breaking something else. Pretty upsetting. The only great part about it was the dental assistant. She was so kind and understanding. I would not recommend this place at all. I've had nothing but issues, from the charges on my bill, not getting the partial fit properly, the rude cleaning person asking me why I haven't had a pap smear. Unacceptable......

Aspen dental is the WORST office I’ve ever been to. Nobody has any fricking clue what’s going on with billing. I’ve been trying to pay my bill for 6 months, and the office still can’t figure it out. I’ve came into the office and called multiple times. They never call you back like they’re supposed to. I still haven’t gotten any answers about my billing questions. DON’T GO HERE!!!

I was visiting from out of town and had a severe tooth issue. After trying several local places, the earliest appointment I could get was in October, which was not feasible for me. I checked Aspen Dental online and managed to schedule an appointment at 1:30 PM on the same day. The entire staff at Aspen Dental was incredibly polite and professional, from the front desk to the X-ray technicians, hygienist, and doctor. Everyone seemed genuinely happy to be at work. Despite being busy, they kept me informed and organized. The doctor was considerate of my situation, asking how long I would be in town, and scheduled a follow-up appointment for the next morning. They also ensured my medication was sent to a local pharmacy that was easy for me to find. Additionally, they were upfront about insurance coverage, checking it thoroughly before proceeding with any decisions. Overall, my experience at Aspen Dental was excellent.

This was my first visit, everyone was very nice. They could have been a little more gentle when taking the impressions. I felt like the thing they used was like three times the size of my mouth, so I'll have to see when I go back how the impression turns out, because when I had it done at another dental office the same thing happened and the dentures were a joke, so if it feels like I have a mouth full of ____, then I'm going to ask for another impression. Hopefully, it will be a better experience. The only other thing is I can see why people get confussed about the cost, because they don't tell you up front that your insurance pays for your dentures, they assume everyone wants the upgrade so they say your insurance covers this much but you will owe an additional $___ the only reason I knew wad my insurance company told me after my husband paid an additional $1,000 above what his insurance paid, and it would have been completely covered had it been explained in the correct way. So I'm hoping my experience is a good one.i really do like the staff and think it's a good dental place.

I've had issues in the past with the admins and billing department but once we worked through that all overtime, Aspen has treated me excellent and helped me relieve the pain that would occur in my mouth overtime. Great staff and I like that they do truly seem to care and are all working hard during the day since I don't see a lot of nonsense going on at the work place. Would certainly recommend for dental provider in the CR area
