I went for a consultation. Immediately herded into three different rounds of x-rays...by third round I expressed my concerns about nobody actually talking to me about what my needs were...let alone costs. Then was told a hygienist would be in to see me soon?! I wanted to talk about getting a better upper denture before attacking my bottom teeth. Upon looking, about the room while waiting, I noticed dust and grime build up on floor and stools, paint chipping going on in alot of places and actual dings in walls probably caused by furniture banging against. Dentist didn't care to see or talk about my original denture or concerns. When I said I wasn't ready to tackle bottom teeth, as I've been dealing with this since last November, he told me "that would be like needing 4 new tires for your car and only replacing 2". That was the end of our business. At least he said there would be no charge for today.

I .have a decent experience from them, but now a have a broken moler. They were going to cap it but never got to it now I have to pay 300.00 out of pocket to get a cleaning first. This moler hurts and continues to break off they said all they would have to do is fill it and cap it. Why can they not fix it first?? That would make more since instead of it getting worse and affected wouldn't you think??

It was a great experience. My appt wasnt cancelled right before my scheduled time with no reason! Staff was very friendly and curteous.

Each one of this dental team was full of helpfulness, professionalism, and eagerly shared their knowledge and experience. I learned so much and felt much younger just being there. I look forward to returning for my treatments!

This was my first visit to Aspen Dental. Everything went smooth. The office help and techs were great. The dentist explained everything well. They designed a treatment plan for me that was very reasonable. I would highly recommend them.

I started my journey in December. Everything with my immediates went great. However trying to schedule my impressions for my perms THE COMFI LITES was a headache. Have been trying since May and kept getting told I would get a call back. Finally I got in, in July and at both try ins I expressed that the fit didn’t seem right. I was told it felt off because it was wax. They told me 3 business days to pick up and almost 2 weeks later I go to pick them up and they were too big and felt THE SAME as try in day. Very disappointed. I rejected the perms and am sticking with my immediates. Not one person besides Dr. Pham and his hygienist seemed to take my frustrations seriously. I wasn’t using insurance and was paying out of pocket and thought my frustrations would matter. Also it’s very rude if someone is calling to answer the phone belt out hold and never return. 6 times back to back last Tuesday while on my break this happened. Very disappointed. Over $1900 for this procedure to end up hating my smile and stuck with bottom tier teeth.
