I was seen very quick and tbh why were able to answer all my questions to their full knowledge

Although I understand a lot of work is needed, there seems to be a rush to have things done instead of focusing on health. The treatment plan should have been discussed more closely with the doctor first. Then there was not a discussion of medications. I had to call back for prescriptions.

Quick and informative to my dental situation

I went in for an 8:15 appointment medical emergency, arrived at 8:05 because I knew there would be paperwork that needed to be filled out. Upon arrival I was greeted and the sign in process was seamless. I waited until 8:30 in the waiting room and was told there are three people ahead of me and that it would be awhile before I was seen. They attempted to reschedule me for later in the day. I have a funeral to attend today, which is why I attempted to go first thing in the morning. My time was not valued and this being an emergency it really irritates me that my time was not honored. The staff overall are courteous, my only complaint is that my time was not honored. Once an appointment is set at a business it should be honored. The hour I spent driving to the office was wasted, I wasted 30 minutes in the waiting room. In total that’s a lot of time in my life that went to waste.
