Ramonita was great. Took her time with us. My mom is 85 and she was great with her. Explained about every mattress we tried out. Very pleasant. Great smile. I work in retail and I would love for her to work for me. Great customer service skills. Spoke to us as soon as we entered the store. I knew this would be a great experience.

We got to Ashley's in Waterbury we got all the process with her. Since we enter the store they all greet us. She introduced herself and ask us what we were interested in so she show us the area. She was looking from a distance but she wasn't trying to make us a fast decision she let us took our time and even took her time to make sure we make good decision about the insurance and we were clear about the delivery. There should be like 20 sweet Nelly's in the Store and all around all Ashley's CT stores and all states
