Been there a long time and never an issue

I received a $25 gift certificate for a previous Uhaul rental. I applied it to my rental from Saturday and when I checked out, it showed it would be applied. I got my final bill today and although it shows the certificate having been added to check out, they did not redeem the $25. I called the place I rented from (Armor Storage), he said Uhaul would call me back, They did. I spoke to the reservations manager, Thad, who refused to apply the certificate because I had received a $50 reservation guarantee credit as my uhaul wasn't accessible when I arrived apparently at the fault of Armor. I asked to speak to another manager, so he transferred me to Thad, the Traffic Control Manager who proceeded to call me "a Child" multiple times. I sure hope you record your phone calls. I rent, at minimum, 17 uhauls a year... I will NEVER be renting again as there are issues literally every single time and now to be called "a Child" because I wanted to use the certificate that Uhaul issued me. I will be contacting the BBB and doing every review site I can possibly find to make sure customers are aware of how unprofessional and what a headache Uhaul has turned out to be for a VERY frequent customer.

Chris is awesome. Needs a bit better lighting.
