Very good, nice attentive staff
Thank the Lord, I was able to get my mom transferred out of this horrible hospital. The quality of care that my mom received was horrible. The staff was rude and did not care about her well-being. The staff was rude and unprofessional to the family members. I am disgusted with the quality of care she received.
This hospital did absolutely nothing for my father I came to visit him an was there for 3 hours. Not one doctor or nurse came in to do anything they told my mother they had no hope for my dad I would not recommend this hospital for anyone if you love them they will they will help them die rather than help them live
If i could give it zero stars, thats what it would be!!!! Do not leave a love one unattended in this hospital! There are a few excellent nurses and staff members that are doing the right thing. Patient care and wellbeing is not their priority as a whole.
As a 23 year old the last thing you want to hear after already being in the hospital for a week is that you need continued care. I was tired and ready to go home. They transferred me from NEA to ACCH. I can not say enough good things about ACCH. I had a perirectal abscess surgery for the THIRD time and they finally got me the proper help needed. After my surgery I wound up at ACCH for wound care and antibiotics before I was able to go home. Every single employee at ACCH from the chef (who personally came to my room the night I got there to ask what foods I liked and to introduce himself) to the housekeepers, nurses, PCTs, doctors, and therapists. All of them were phenomenal and took great care of me. The nurses I had while I was there were Hunter, Khenedee, and Amy, I can’t remember the other name. They all had such grace and patience with me even when I was telling them I was ready to go and crying because I couldn’t go home yet. Dr. Copeland came to see me each morning and truly had my health his top priority. Tonda my Case Manager was also great to talk to and answered many questions. However, the wound care ladies, Jessica and Alecia were absolute rockstars. Wound packing is a very painful deal and they were so kind and gentle with me. They offered help and even came in on the weekend when I was worried about my wound care. They took the time to show my husband every detail about my wound and made sure we were comfortable going home. Jessica has even reached out since we got home checking in to make sure everything was going okay. There aren’t many people that truly love their job but Jessica definitely does. I was very sad to leave them! Due to this being my 3rd procedure I was very discouraged but everyone there was so kind and compassionate about what the do. I definitely recommend ACCH to anyone and everyone.
I've worked here for about four months now. I love this job. I've seen some of the reviews. I can personally say as a patient care tech we try our best to give the families the best care we can. We are super busy and can't meet every need at once but we aren't just taking care of one or two patients at a time that's what families need to understand. We love our patients and would never push anyone out if they weren't ready to go. I would give this place a 5 star and would highly recommend this to anyone and even my own family.
