I had to purchase a new car after an accident and spent about a month shopping around. When I arrived at Ariya Motors I was greeted with a smile and felt very comfortable immediately. At no time did I feel hassled or pressured to make a decision. When I was ready to move forward with my purchase there was very little in terms of negotiations or haggling because honestly their pricing was great. There was no weird add-ons or fees. All of their mandatory fees were on the lower end if there was a range and based on hours of research were overall extremely competitive. I purchased an electric vehicle and when I got home realized there was no charging cable. I reached out to them to let them know and they had one to me within a day. I could not recommend a dealership more. They are kind, respectful, honest and very pleasant to work with. It has been 3 months and I have had zero issue with my car, so super happy about that.
