Great experience at this dealership. 3 year service, mot,and brake fluid change.From booking in my vehicle to the work being completed everyone was helpful and the staff were excellent and all had welcoming friendly smile. Have used them before and the same excellent friendly customer service continues.

The worst experience anyone will ever have with a car. Liars and untrustworthy staff. Claimed to have serviced my car but never did. Lost my 15-plate engine for negligence and wickedness and continue to cover twist people’s word. I will never use FORD again because of this dealership.

Friendly and helpful staff reasonable service price would use this garage again

I bought my Focus ST Line 2 & half years ago from Archbold's, every one I dealt with was very professional and helpful which made me want to buy my car from them. Every time I have dealt with them since I bought it due to my dog chewing the seat belt and the service of the car they have been exceptional. They pick the car up from my work and re deliver which helps me so much. I'm due a service and MOT at the beginning of January and it's all booked in and a date for them to pick up plus you get AA recovery thrown in for the price. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else TBH very professional and helpful which is hard to find someone you trust in the car business.

Took my 78 year old Mother to her new car. The staff were all excellent, patient and nothing seemed too much trouble. Car arrived and was ready for collection at the time agreed and the salesmen (who must have the patience of a saint) did a good explanation of the controls to my Mother. Excellent friendly service from the staff. Will certainly use them again and for servicing. Thanks
