These guys are true professionals. It was a breath of fresh air to have a team of people working on our project that did what they said they were going to do. Their communication was on point with their design/build. It was done with attention to detail and fine craftsmanship.
This company’s customer service is UNDEFEATED!!! We closed on our home 7-14 of this yr. There is a massive inground concrete pool in the backyard that has been severely neglected for yrs. I have always dreamed of owning a pool, but I never have until now…needless to say my husband and I are brand new when it comes to maintenance on a pool. I first contacted this company shortly after moving in & they quickly squeezed us in their extremely busy schedule! Every time I have called and spoke with different people they all have been so kind, empathetic, and helpful. Joe has been my main point of contact and I cannot tell you enough how grateful I am for his guidance and most of all his patience😅he ALWAYS gets back to me when he says he will despite his incredibly busy schedule. After speaking and working with these ppl it is so easy to understand why they have 5 stars🩵
I have nothing but great things to say about the pool quote process with this company! We worked with Jay and he did a number of things right : Showed up on time, walked our backyard to figure approx measurements, give some tips/ideas, and left some materials for pools as well as pavers. It turns out we're not able to build in our backyard, due to septic and line placement, but I would have absolutely moved forward with this company.
Stopped in for a Dolphin pool cleaner. If you you’ve done some research on Dolphin, you know they have a TON of different models, which makes it hard to really figure out what you need. Customer service was great and helped me make an informed choice on which model to purchase. You’ll pay a bit more buying at a brick and mortar store, but you’ll have peace of mind knowing that you can bring your unit here for free service rather than having to ship it off.
If you are thinking about getting an in-ground pool installed, AR Stoneworks is hands down the best company in the Clarksville area! I could not have asked for a better experience with them. They are extremely professional and knowledgeable in the work they do. Their crew was courteous throughout the entire process of installing my new fiberglass pool. I truly cannot say enough positive things about this company and their staff!
Best customer service I’ve received in a VERY long time. We are building a fire pit, and didn’t come in with an exact set in stone plan (😆 pun intended). We visited their business 2 times working with 2 different employees before deciding what we wanted. Both times were a fantastic experience. They were BEYOND patient, has creative ideas, and could not have been more helpful. They didn’t have the shape of stones we were originally wanting to make our rounds fire pit, but we ended up getting stones that will fit our needs perfectly! We were deciding between 2 places for our purchase. The other one had multiple options of the shape of stones we were wanting, but had horrible customer service. We easily decided to support the much better company! PLEASE PLEASE upport the small guys that support you!
