AquaCrossings - Water Based Pet Cremation and In Home Euthanasia

After 16 years we had to put our love of our life Leo the Lion down. As heart broken as we are we need to tell you our experience with Pets at Peace Dr Tiffany and Aqua Crossings cremation was worth every cent. We just received Leo ashes in a beautiful urn, hair clippings in a capsule, seeds of love to bury, a paw print, a tree planted in his honor…We had never heard of water cremation and frankly it sounded way better than a inferno. After researching the process and the good for our environment I can’t understand why anyone wouldn’t do this process. Even though our heart is broken into 1 million little pieces, I will treasure, his paw print and his beautiful urn and watch the flowers bloom where he once sat outside. Maybe someday we get to visit where the tree is planted? Thank you for taking care of the love of my life! 🐶🐾❤️ ⭐️ 🌈

My sweet Mr. Kobe passed away and Aquacrossings was the PERFECT choice for him. They were so sweet and kind, had so much empathy and made this process so nice for me. I can say enough great things about them. I’m so happy Mr. Kobe went in peace 🙏

AquaCrossings was very sympathetic, understanding, & caring. I was going to bury my pup but it was honestly too overwhelming so I decided to call Aquacrossing to see what options I had & they understood my budget & gave me option to pay half & pay the other half when I picked him up. I cried for weeks & now I feel so much better that I have “Ember” back I have his paw print, hair clippings, & ashes now. There’s so many option you can choose honor your pet/bestfriends memories! I’ve never had a pet pass before but the experience I had with AquaCrossings made my loss so much easier! Samantha in particular went above and beyond my expectations and held my hand through the entire process. I called a few days before I had to put my childhood best friend down to get more information on how this type of cremation worked. I was a mess on this call I had with Samantha but she made me feel as though I had support, a shoulder to cry on, a listening and understanding ear, and talked me through this hard time with so much empathy. Loosing my dog, Tank was the hardest thing I have ever been through, but with the love I felt with AquaCrossings made it somewhat bearable. They have impeccable attention to detail for the sweet, kindhearted, and thoughtful service they provide. For example, when we arrived at AquaCrossings, they were already waiting for us outside with a cart draped with royal purple velvet to transport Tank inside. They put him in a room just for him with his name on the door and allowed me to say my final goodbyes. They gave me a bouquet of flowers and wrapped them in the blanket Tank came in with. When it was time to pick up my baby’s ashes, he came in a royal purple velvet pouch. They also included very specific hair clippings that I requested, placed into a cute little jar with a cork, and 2 paw prints. I mentioned that I bought a necklace to put Tanks ashes in and Samantha separated a small bag of ashes for me so I didn’t have to open the entire heat sealed bag Tank was originally in. When she came back with the smaller portion, it was already placed into a separate royal purple minny pouch. About a week later, they sent me a beautiful hand written condolence card that made me cry but smile all at the same time. I couldn’t have had a better experience with AquaCrossings and when my next pet passes, I will continue to go to them. Thank you AquaCrossings! ❤️

I cannot express enough, my gratitude towards AquaCrossings. Their genuine kindness and willingness to go above and beyond throughout, put my mind at ease knowing they were taking care of the most precious thing life has ever given to me. Samantha texted me through the whole process; it's often hard to talk on the phone while trying to control your emotions. They were able to quickly accommodate my needs from the aquamation process, to private in-home euthanasia. From the moment I said my goodbyes, to being able to hold my little girlfriend again was less than a weeks time. Walking into their location, you're greeted with a tranquil, spa like experience. With calming scents and water features, you are shown to a quiet private room where your loved one awaits, beautifully packaged with lots of precious memorabilia inside. I've already shared my beautiful experience with others in unfortunate hopes, they'll be able to have the same as I. Again, I cannot thank AquaCrossings enough.
