Apryl was absolutely GREAT to work with!! She pays close attention to detail and will re-work something if it's not perfect. She embroidered 50 plus tote bags and 24 beanies for our church's 5K. We kept adding to the order at the last minute and she cheerfully continued to work and deliver the products on time! The design was not a simple one, but she made it look great. Had a hat I wanted to put a Welsh dragon patch on. I ordered a patch online, but it never came, so in searching for alternatives, I decided that perhaps I could have the hat embroidered with the dragon instead. Found Menagerie using an online search and was told it shouldn't be a problem. Since I only live about 10 minutes away, I took the hat and my design down shortly after I called, and within a few days, the hat was finished exactly as I'd designed it, and cost wasn't much more than what the patch would have cost me. Now I can't wait to wear it to the Celtic Fling in Manheim in June. Sure glad that patch never arrived. Will definitely use Menagerie again should the need arise.

I am super pleased with my products! I ordered 2 polos with my schools design for fieldwork and they are beautiful! She has great pricing as well and got done in less than 2 days ! I will be returning for future orders :)
