Very inadequate for the service they provide. My doctor told me he doesn't like referring people to them because he has had a low success rate on their services I should have listened but they could get me in sooner than anyone else now I know why save time and money and go elsewhere
Very poor experience, both with this office and the MRI imaging center. It is apparent that correct notes and communication are not always sent between the two facilities (main office and MRI center) which led (in my case) to an unfortunate outcome. Please make sure if you are using APEX and have any special needs to triple quadruple check any and all data before going to an appointment. Keep in mind the communications with this group are not good and you MUST be your own advocate if using them for your health needs.
I recently had spine surgery performed by Dr Janmeet Sahota, and followup with his PA’s, Corey Woolfe and Cameron Ritchie. This team is kind, caring, professional and thorough. Mr. Ritchie listened and prescribed appropriate medication for the nerve pain in my back and leg. Dr, Sahota and Mr Woolfe took great care of me before, during and post surgery. I had immediate pain relief post-operatively. They all listen and provide appropriate treatment and followup. Thanks to Dr Sahota’s team I have returned to my normal, active life!!
I've only had 1 appointment thus far, and am hopeful I will get the surgery I need to get my quality of life back. I seen Corey Woolf and he went over my MRI, explaining the damage and what my options for treatment would be. Corey listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. I would like to recognize the friendliness and professionalism of the office staff and nurses.
I saw Caleb Nov 11. My leg has started hurting again. I’ve had injections in my back last February and March and last one in June. They have helped tremendously. I have herniated discs and can be quite painful. The staff at TCO is absolutely wonderful. The ladies I saw first are so friendly and make u very comfortable Caleb did my exam and then said I could have an injection. He went over all the positives and also the negatives. He showed me how I should move my legs and back after. I have complete confidence in this procedure for me and in TCO. I would highly recommend them
