I would not trust any work to them due to safety concerns. Anthony’s team installed a new hot water boiler 3 years ago. It got broken with a burning smell coming out of it. When asked why it was broken so quick, Anthony told us it was normal, a certain part was at fault, and that I should service boiler every year as a car. Hmm, but my previous boiler ran for 20 years. Ok, we paid them to come back and replace that part. But the problem was not fixed, still there was no hot water. It turned out all the wires were blown up. So I had to engage electrician to come and replace the wiring. Electrician told the pipes were not tied properly from the start the water was slowly bubbling and damaged all the wires. Anthony’s team left the water bubbling again after they came the 2nd time, the electrician was the one who picked it up. I It’s hard to comprehend how such negligence even possible and how dangerous it is of having water in proximity to all the wires. We ended up paying for repairs the same amount as for installing the new boiler. We are lucky the incident didn’t result in fire and anyone getting injured

Unit’s drainage was blocked @10pm, called Anthony. He immediately turned up, found the the whole building was blocked. Called strata’s emergency, waited until strata’s plumber. Helped to sort out! Very kind and professional services!
