Animal Wellness Center has taken such great care of our dog Ella! They always get back to us promptly and give the best care for Ella’s IBS needs! We highly recommend them and feel our dog is getting the best care!

Receptionist are fine. It's the actual vet who is bad. Instead of listening to the cat and how stressed he was he proceeded to poke around him. Which ended up him scratchin.. yes I feel about that. But now my cat is under the bed with possible fever. The vet when I called made it all about him saying I'm fine by the way. Well my cat isn't he's sick.

This is a wonderful animal clinic. Dr Hart has been caring for my pets for 30 years and her staff are all kind, and thoughtful. My animals are in the best hands with Animal Wellness of Strongsville.

the STAFF is amazing. even though they're always busy they will find the way to put you on the schedule that very convinient for you. I really like that. and also they care about my mutt. they treat you like a friends not just a number. keep up the good work. and more power to the staff and thank you.

Such an amazing place. All the staff are so friendly. I feel as if they treat my dogs as one of their own. Miller is my American Staffordshire Terrier who is reactive but he loves the people there, particularly Michelle. Dr. Katie is so fun snd personable.

I had an emergency with my dog the day before I was supposed to go out of town. I called the office upon opening and they were able to make time for me that same day. I am so extremely grateful that they were able to fit me in, because my dog ended up with a bad eye infection. I would have been out of town with no options and a dog that was in pain. There are many offices that refuse to schedule same-day appointments, or give you a hard time, but not this office! They are amazing and have time set aside for emergency situations like mine. Upon arrival, the nurse was extremely thorough and made sure all my concerns were heard and addressed. Neither the nurse or the doctor rushed our visit (even though it was a last minute appointment). The nurse and doctor were both so kind and calming with my dog, who is typically very nervous and can be snappy with vets/nurses. They talked to my dog in the same voice that I do at home, they were extremely gentle and caring towards her. My dog did not once try to bite or get snappy at all, and I truly believe it’s because of their energy towards her and how comfortable they made her feel. I cannot say enough about this vet/office and entire staff. Everyone there is great. I would highly highly recommend! Thank you everyone! -Sara & Sam
