Very good store with ood sales man and service

Product good, service good, staff behaviour good

The price is too high, Today I went, they are saying the price of 6000 cooler is 9500.. not acceptable this

"The lipstick lady", who is allegedly a former Miss World, setting an example of best employee. The owner must recognise the impact of her actions and achievement so that she could handle the front of the store.

The representatives' rude behavior is unacceptable. As a customer, you expect to receive excellent customer service, but instead, they started off by making assumptions about your intentions to purchase. This kind of behaviour is unprofessional and leaves a lasting negative impression on the customer. As this behaviour continues with all the 'first' representative, or 'face' of the shop, I will no longer refer anyone to this shop and ensure that everyone I know has a bad impression of the establishment. It's important to respect and retain old customers, as they can be a valuable asset to any business. The representatives should be more courteous and respectful to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Don't presume a customer's purchasing power based on their attire; later, you may regret it. SHAME on YOUR behaviour.

Bought an ac on 18.04.23. It got delivered on 20.04.23 and was about to be installed on the next day as they promised but its 25.04.23 and there is still no response from them. Worst experience ever.

Worst experience with this electronic shop. Purchased ac 1 week before still no one came to install it though they took the installation money and dnt ever believe the salesman word either tell to write everything they r promising. Very bad outlet to purchase anything
