Broker was not aware of their roles and responsibilities and buyer was the one who had to coordinate between Title company/broker/lender. This was really a hectic process for my closing and nightmare experience. Can not blame any specific party but all parties need to understand their roles and responsibilities e.g. broker is the one who is responsible to coordinate between lender and title company but in my case, borrower has to perform that role most of the time.
