Alli has online booking which is really a plus for me! She groomed my Aussie doodle after she had been skunked and took care of her itchy feet as well! Alli was friendly and gentle and we are taking our bernadoodle to her in a few weeks.
Did not properly cut around my dogs private areas so I had to go back and trim it myself. Shaved my dogs head down when I asked for a poofy round haircut on the head. Did not trim my dogs nails properly so I had to trim them later myself. My dog has been going to the groomers since she was a puppy and never had any of these issues with other groomers.
Alli is awesome! After my dog got skunked, I was looking for help getting the stink out. Alli fit me in to her schedule and took care to make sure that I was comfortable. My dog was washed repeatedly and the bulk of the smell was removed. He was quite happy when he came out and he looked great - and smelled waaaaay better- too. We will be bringing both of our Aussies to her from now on.
Best experience so far. I took a in a nervous abused dog that I’m temporarily caring for, she has never been to a groomer and most experiences are new and frightening. I know a lot of other big groomers typically turn away a dog with such big behavioural issues. Allison was super accommodating, patient, and understanding with my pup. Everything was done professionally, step by step, not too overwhelming, and she had so much patience with a sweet yet overly anxious dog. Very reasonable priced and totally worth every penny. She communicated in a very timely matter and was able to squeeze us in on a short notice. I’m very appreciative of the service I received!
We love taking our Goldendoodle to Alli’s. She is so good with him and takes such great care of him! She is very fairly priced and lets you know about extras fees up front. She is also flexible with appointments, so we never have to wait too long to get in. She asks lots of questions, pays close attention to requests and makes notes for next time! (5th picture is before today’s appt, others are after grooming on multiple occasions according to our requests!)
