Alliance Restoration

Beware of this company! I hired them to clean my dryer vent...the workers pulled my washer/dryer unit (not quite a year old) out of its closet to clean the vents, and then pushed it back into the closet. When I tried to use the washer the next day, it would not start its cycle. Long story short, the Alliance workers came back to check on it, banged on the lid, pulled the washer/dryer out and back in again but said they couldn't see anything wrong with it and that I would have to call an appliance repair place. I did, and they found several error messages, fixed them and billed me $100. When I asked Alliance to consider paying some if not all of that repair bill, the Manager Scott was so rude to me, and even hung up the phone on me! Needless to say, they didn't pay. Consider hiring a different company.

Had them come in as Gem Plumbing referred me to them to clean my heating duct work. Estimate was for $1250 for a 5 rm house and I was told by the estimator it would take 4-6 hrs. It took 2 1/4 hrs. The tape they used did kept falling off snd would not hold up the cardboard blocking the vents, so that they could adequately removed the dirt snd dust. Plus items they unplugged, like my washer, they did not bother to plug back in. I had to wake up my son to find out if something was wrong with the washer just to use it. So they are WAY OVERPRICED and are not experts in duct cleaning, would NOT use them again.

I had a septic/sewage backup in August and Alliance was outstanding! They showed up the same day and immediately started to work. Brianna was excellent, calming, professional and super helpful. Jamie was absolutely instrumental in leading the charge of the crew. They were fast, efficient, thorough and friendly. They handled this situation with such professionalism and really took the stress out of it for me. They were highly responsive and easy to reach at all times. I would highly recommend using Alliance, it was a pleasure working with all of them!

Disaster, my family had mold in 2 floors of my home, we called them they came within 24 hours and they were amazing. we had the pleasure of dealing with Jerry who handled the mole removal and Rob who handled the reconstruction of our home and Laurie who help with our claim. They were professional and a pleasure to work with. What they started with to what we ended with was amazing. We wish we took before and after pictures. I would highly recommend this company. I need to praise Mike Deffely for running such a caring and well efficient company. Our amazing new kitchen. Thank you Alliance!

So, at 12:30 today - on the year's most BEAUTIFUL Saturday, I went downstairs to load up a cooler but instead - discovered LOTS of standing water in our [finished] ground-level basement. Water was everywhere. Our first flood. We naturally called our plumber, Glen Anderson, right away. Glen had arrived and orchestrated the services of the company who he always uses: the [terrific] Alliance Restoration Company. By 1:45 (give or take a few minutes), OJ and Jerry (from Alliance Restoration) had sucked up the standing water, shifted heavy furniture with us, ripped out really soggy (and heavy) carpeting, and made some cut-outs of the plaster-board. Like, within ONE HOUR!!! They even helped us figure out our next best steps. These were really terrific guys - who had to drive quickly (through lots of beach traffic) for this 'medium-sized emergency!' What a great team they had on call today! Thanks!
