All Florida Safety Institute - Driving Lessons and Traffic School - St Petersburg

Three stars for lacked of availability in scheduling and no refund offered. They are great instructors but if no availability for lessons, that is problematic. I booked a 12 hour package for teenager driver at end of March. The company currently is booking driving lessons only in mid June --so 10 weeks out from the time I paid. In addition, They could not schedule for the full 12 hours and could only book 4 hours in mid June and then could not offer any other dates post the 4 hours. I also paid for the road test but really if the company cannot provide lessons you may be better skipping the add on feature of driver road test as the scheduling delay in delivering the lessons may affect your child's timeline for road test taking. I am sure the lessons will be fine but challenging with the scheduling delay-- heads up--Company does not issue refunds and the lessons are transferrable only but that does not help much if you are out of teenage kids to teach to drive. Before you buy, make sure they have availability otherwise your teenage driver will be moving on to another chapter in their life before the lessons are completed and that may be okay for some and not so for others. I wish they had disclosed schedule availability this before we paid as different decision would have been made.

Oshton is an amazing instructor. I felt so comfortable driving with him. Highly recommend. However, I tried to schedule my lessons in August and they put me to the end of September. I had time, others might not. There are questions to office workers. But once again Oshton was super nice and attentive as a teacher!

I'm so glad I decided to come here for my driving lessons. Oshton became my instructor and I couldn't be more grateful for him. He was so nice and patient with instructing. Right as I got in the car for my lesson he could tell I suffer from high anxiety and he worked soooo well to get me through it and made me feel comfortable driving while also cheering me on. I knew I was in good hands after that. He does well in teaching you the skills you need to succeed. Money was definitely well spent at a teaching facility like this one!

My daughter took 14 hours of lessons. Jalin is the most patient, soft spoken person I have ever met. He taught her so much and really made her feel comfortable on the road and prepared her for the driving test. My daughter loved Leslie ( the examiner ) the moment she met her. She made all of her anxiety about the driving test disappear. I highly recommend this driving school and wouldn’t go anywhere else !

I took a two hour lesson and a driver's license test here with Oshton as my instructor. He made me do all the maneuvers that are on the test at least twenty times. It was incredibly tedious, but by the time I took my test I could've done it all in my sleep. He talks you through everything and tells you exactly what you need to do to pass, and warns you against things that cause you to lose points/fail. I felt so prepared after the first hour and a half of my lesson that I took my test early and passed with a 98%. It was a really good experience and I would definitely recommend going here!
