Tim made my daughter comfortable and not nervous about taking the test!!! He was very friendly, calm, encouraging and soft spoken. Highly recommend him!!!

Had an appointment at 11am. They should be more professional with their time management I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone trying to get their licenses in Florida. This is by far my worst experience never again.

Have came to this location twice this week with all door locked even went to the back to see what was going on there was no sign that said they were closed I even checked online and it said they were open till 7. I called this place afterwards 4 times no one picked up I called one more time and someone from Pensacola answered?? She then tells me they are open and have a appointment right now but does that mean they have no front desk receptionist..? I called again today and guess what. Someone from a Jacksonville office picks up I have no idea how to get a hold of anyone here and I need help driving.

We paid this company for services in October 2022, everything was going well until the person who was giving lessons started to cancel appointments due to sickness. Rescheduling was nearly impossible and during the time that we were waiting to hear back from the company as they were in the process of restructuring their business. The last communication we received about the rescheduling was 22 November 2022. I sent follow up emails and tried to call but didn't get a response until February 2023. I contacted them on 17 January 2023 to inquire about our missing lessons and test and did not receive an email until a month later. On February 22nd 2023 we were contacted by the company to see about scheduling the lessons and driving test that were not fulfilled, and they stated that we would get first priority. After replying on the same day that we had availability anytime in the month of March with the exception of one week we received no response, I emailed them again on 5 March because we had not heard back and as of 21 March, we have still not received any communication. At this point they owe us two lessons and a driving exam. I asked for a refund if we could not be accommodated, but again no response. I hate giving bad reviews to businesses, because I understand things happen and situations can sometimes be difficult to manage. But I think it is absolutely ridiculous that we have been waiting so long for responses or recoupment of funds.

My son’s instructor, Tim, was extremely kind and professional, and kept him as a new driver at ease during his road test. We were very pleased with our entire experience at this location.

Tim was extremely helpful and he was so nice. He fit us in when we weren’t expecting to take my son’s road test until days in advance. Super helpful and super quick with his job. Would definitely recommend to everyone!

Me and my wife had our 1 hr practice test + road test at their Niceville office. Adrienne our driving instructor was very nice. She was very patient and helped us passed the test with ease and confidence. Our examiner, Elba, was very professional. Even though my wife was very nervous driving, she made her feel comfortable all throughout the road test. We’re glad that we knew about this driving school. Worth every penny!
