The most amazing service with doctor and staff. My surgery was a great success! I followed all the steps Dr. Lawrence laid out post op and now I’m ready to get my daily activity routine thanks to him and his staff.

Dr Alexander is an amazing surgeon after my surgery I feel almost hundred percent like I was in my 20’s. At first I did not want to do the surgery. After I consult with him I decided to do the surgery. This is the best decision I ever take in my life. I constantly use to live in pain. I would recommend Dr Alexander to anyone who has bone in spine injury. To me he did a miracle on me

The Doctor. Alexander is an extremely caring and professional doctor above all, he takes the pain of the maciente and gets emotional. He treats his patients as a human being, because he loves what he does but he is still a professional, my husband has received pain treatment with injections, we still haven't had the desired result yet but he is giving us follow-up, he made it available his personal contact and said "if you need anything don't hesitate to contact" His team is also super...super... super professional, careful, very attentive and proactive, always willing to help, to point out that his manager, Mrs. Vanessa, is a blessing person in every way, always available and willing to help... In short they are exceptional and so Good.

Dr. Alexander is a very professional, honest, kind and highly skilled orthopedic surgeon. I was referred to him for a second opinion and he immediately came through with a plan of action for treatment of my injuries that I was comfortable with and had me back to my 'old self' in literally no time; which was a top priority for me. Extremely grateful for all he has done -outstanding results all around. The ladies at the office, particularly the MA and surgery coordinator, they were really nice, friendly and helpful too which was a plus. I had back surgery preformed by Dr Alexander about a month ago. I am extremely happy. For around 6 month months a had physical therapy and doctors wanting me hooked on pills for life. Dr Alexander provided me with a solution. The surgery process was preformed and Miami Surgical center. The staff and facility was top notch. Highly recommend him to anyone suffering from back pain.

I Had a great experience with Dr. Alexander. He told me what my best option was, I went for surgery and so far it has been a great success. I was a little skeptical at first getting bone fusion surgery on my spine. From what i have heard from family who has gotten it done before. Dr. Alexander’s calm and confidence was reassuring and I was obviously in great hands. Would not want this surgery from anyone else. The staff is great. They take care of you very well.
