My AC quit working in the middle of the night and I called Alexander at 8 am and someone was there by 9. They knew exactly what the problem was and didn't try to upsell me with anything I didn't need. It was quick and got my house cool again! I would highly recommend.
they installed a Dehumidifier . I really didn't know much about these and they were very helpful and clearly communicated to me about the process. Alexander A/C showed up when expected, with a professional crew, installed the DeHumidifier in a tight space and it works great , they cleaned up, made sure I understood about the equipment. Now enjoying comfortable less humid air. very pleased with Alexander Air Conditioning . A local Family business who really cares !!!!!!
Chad Johnson went above and beyond!! He was extremely patient, I really appreciate him taking the time to walk me through all my options, the pros/cons of each system, and going into detail on why I needed the repairs that were recommended. I have a limited understanding of HVAC systems and Chad took the time to ensure I had a full understanding prior to making such a big purchase. Very much appreciated! Chad was very professional and knowledgeable.
The install was great. And the guys doing the work were great. But thought the price was very high. I bought a mini split system that I paid $1,500 for and paid an electrician $300 to hook it all up except what had to be done by a HVAC contractor. They came out and took 90 minutes and charged me $1,800… more than the cost of the mini-split! I asked them what choice do I have if I want to use the AC? I’m not sure if it’s the current market, but have noticed many contractors gouging people on pricing lately. To be clear, the service and people were great. Pricing…. Well, seemed insane to me.
