Alexan Research Park Apartments

I moved in almost a month ago. I absolutely love my apartment and the amenities. The apartment and building is very nice. The move in process was easy and the communication with Kara was excellent when getting everything situated. She was very attentive and answered all my questions quickly! The only complaint I have is the lack of communication with the office since moving in. I’ve sent emails through the portal and direct emails that I used during the leasing process and can’t get responses. Also, people leaving their trash out on days when they know it’s not going to be picked up so it makes the whole floor stink. Other than those minor things it’s a great place to live and clean! Other residents have been very friendly.

Moving into our new apartment was a delightful experience, and Amanda played a crucial role in making it awesome. Her friendly and professional assistance made the entire process smooth and stress-free. From the spotless apartment to her in-depth knowledge of the property, she exceeded our expectations. Amanda's warmth and genuine interest in our needs turned this move into a truly enjoyable experience. Thanks to her, we found our ideal home, and we couldn't be happier. Kudos to Amanda for making our transition into our new apartment so fantastic!

Apartments are beautiful! Olivia has been such a great help and really has eased my mind for my transition of moving to a different state. I recommend these apartments to anyone! She is never hard to reach and always extremely supportive and ready to assist!

Just moved in and loving it so far. My new home is brand new and everything in it is top notch from the appliances, to the cabinets and floors. I love that you have to have a fob to get in the building, to use the elevator, and access your home. It makes me feel so safe which was a top priority for me. The amenities make me feel like I’m living in some type of resort. Everyone in the office was so friendly and helpful with getting me all setup. Kara was great! Thank you so much!!

The best apartment I have lived in so far. Kara and Olivia are amazing and so sweet and it’s always easy to get in touch with the leasing office. Everyone in the building is super friendly and welcoming. The apartments are beautiful! Also they host events for the community just about every week. I can’t think of any cons, everything has been great.
