We contracted with Alert for ground, return transportation for our group of 8 from Canada, from Airport to our location Downtown New Orleans. From our Chauffeur Charlie, who met us in Baggage claim at airport, to the Ladies in the office we communicated with, and arranged booking through, nothing could have been better planned and executed. Would highly recommend them to any group visiting New Orleans for their transportation needs.....Thanks So Much 🇨🇦
We booked Alert busses for 5 days while in New Orleans. I deal with a lot of bus companies when booking our student college tours but I must say this bus company is the best by far. The drivers were professional, courteous and engaged our students in conversation. And Andrea, what can I say about her. She dealt with all my questions, phone calls and texts for at least 6 months. They are the best for party buses. We had a bus for 25 with lights and a pole. The driver was on time , friendly and made sure we were safe at the event and back to our destination.
Excellent service for my wedding !! We hired them for 6 hours for our wedding to shuttle our guests from the venue to the hotel !! Our guests had nice comfy seats and cool A/C during their ride!! We would definitely use Alert in the future !!! Thanks again !!
We used Alert Transportation to take our ~50 guests from our wedding ceremony to the reception. They were great!!! Prompt, easy to organize and work with, and the drivers were super friendly. Could not recommend them enough!
