Today we had an excellent service with Mr. Hussein El-Bloushi and his beyond supportive manager/supervisor Mr. Hussein El-Behriy who was prompt answering my endless inquiries via WhatsApp!! This is the same amazing service we received two years ago from Mr. Ahmed Khalfan. Although we come all the way from Sharjah but we would never try similar service providers trusting no one else is that efficient and friendly. Best of luck

I’ve been to this Trustee office on Friday and it came out that my real estate agent messed up with the appointment. That meant my deal couldn’t happen. I was absolutely frustrated because I already had ticket for Saturday morning and had to travel. The receptionists of the office were absolutely friendly and very helpful, they did their level best to solve out my problem and provided me a token to register the deal. The Customer Happiness Consultant Abdulla Al Siddiqi and Husein Albahri helped me a lot and registered my property deal into DLD system and got sure it would be registered, even though it was Friday and they supposed to close at 12 p.m, but they extended their working hours, because of my situation and the deal was registered. I highly appreciate all the efforts being done by all the staff involved. If I ever have property deals, I would definitely come back here, because I know, all the issues will be solved out on the best way & highest level of service. There is free of charge parking available in the shopping center. Highly recommended
