I visited Al Noor Poly Clinic today and was very disappointed. Instead of focusing on patient care, the staff seemed more interested in promoting their packages AED 85 and collecting money unnecessarily. It felt more like a sales pitch than a healthcare visit. I went there expecting medical attention, but left feeling pressured and unsatisfied. Definitely not the kind of professional service a patient deserves, Get Lost
This Al noor al nahda clinic tiger building is one of the most unprofessional places I have ever visited, and I had a terrible experience here. From the moment I walked in, the reception was rude, disrespectful, and completely unorganized. Instead of maintaining professionalism, the reception staff were scolding their colleagues in front of patients. This is embarrassing, inappropriate, and shows a total lack of respect for both patients and staff. On top of that, they clearly do not know how to treat people properly. The receptionist did not give the right information or follow the correct process, and because of her mistake, I wasted hours of my time. They was sent directly to a specialist, only to be told I needed another token and had to wait again. This shows serious mismanagement, zero accountability, and no concern for the patients who are already stressed about their health. The way they handle patient care is just as careless. They rush through everything without giving proper attention or time. Even basic services like a blood test were handled poorly and without care, making the entire visit feel pointless and frustrating. Overall, this clinic completely wasted my time, treated me with disrespect, and left me extremely disappointed. They do not value patients, they do not communicate properly, and they do not show professionalism at any level. I strongly warn others to avoid this clinic — if you want to be treated with respect and get proper medical care, this is not the place.

Very unprofessional staff, including the GP. I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. When I first arrived, I clearly informed the receptionist that I had visited their other branch in Satwa the previous day, but I couldn’t return there for a blood test as it’s too far. This clinic is much closer to my home. I also inquired about insurance eligibility, although with my high-tier insurance, I shouldn’t have to — the receptionist judged me based on appearance and casually said, “It’s okay.” I was told that a doctor consultation fee would apply, which I agreed to and paid 15 AED. However, I later discovered my actual insurance co-payment was only 7.5 AED. The GP was unprofessional and seemed unsure of what he was doing. I explained my health issue and previous visit to their other branch, and he seemed surprised. Without properly examining or confirming my condition, he immediately prescribed medication and ordered a blood test. Here’s where things got worse: after I gave my blood sample — and was told it was covered by insurance — I received a call an hour later saying it wasn’t approved. They claimed it was due to my earlier visit at the other branch, and that they hadn’t checked with that location before proceeding. No one from the clinic took responsibility. The receptionist was extremely careless, didn’t apologize, and just asked me to pay. When I went back to ask for a refund, I was shocked to learn my insurance co-pay was actually just 7.5 AED — yet they had charged me 15 AED. When I asked for the receipt, they got confused, fumbled around, and finally said they’d refund me 6 AED. Then the receptionist said he didn’t have change and offered just 5 AED instead. This seems like they are doing this every patient as no one questions the clinic about co payments in sick condition. If I hadn’t questioned them, they would’ve kept the extra money. Imagine how many patients are unaware of their actual insurance co-payments — the clinic is clearly overcharging people and only returns the extra money if asked. Totally unethical. Not recommended at all. Avoid this clinic if you care about proper care, transparency, and professionalism. I have staff names but i will forgive their and will not mention here the name even if they did not apologise.
