We sold a plot of land on the outskirts of the city via White Mountain. Damian Galvin was our main point of contact. From the first discussions we had with him and onwards, we found Damian straightforward to deal with. He did everything he said he would do, on time, and without any hassle for the sellers. He succeeded in getting us an offer at our our target price for the asset. He then managed the transaction to closing including coordinating / resolving any transaction queries / topics that arose on the buyer side. Very happy to recommend White Mountain and Damian. Wow.....I have rented one of the houses managed by White Mountain Property, from the beginning they were super honest about all the pros and cons of the property. The interaction with Damian was straightforward, and I received a lot of details regarding the property. He was transparent that the place needed some repairs, but the price was perfect for me. The formalities for signing the contract and getting the keys were super fast. When moving in I got all the support from Andra and Andreea, I haven't felt alone in this process at all, when it came to small repairs. They have organized a great handyman, who was very easy to deal with, and ready to fix the issues. It was a pleasure to interact with the ladies, who were very understanding and empathic.
