They are very unorganized, there maintenance is a joke, random inspections with only 24 hours notice, we had a call after living in the place for 3 months that they had posted our place for rent and asked if we were still living there… all around the worst renting I have ever experienced. Would not recommend

These guys are awesome. They still manage to remain human while also working with a super busy and business oriented fashion. Janil helped me with an earlier move in date after leaving for the day after I had my wisdom teeth removed and was not feeling like my best self. They didn’t bother charging me extra fees for this or that. She simply understood that I was in desperate need of help, and she provided the help. I will recommend this company over and over again if anyone asks me who to lease through in the Central Arkansas area.
was ready to put deposit and 1st month on a house that they didn't even tell us was about to be sold or in the process of being sold. told us to go view it. also staff is very rude on the phone. we asked for information about Wi-Fi and utilities around the area and the response we got was "I don't know I don't live there." I get the not knowing part, but why say it like that? especially to customers about to give so much money. makes you not want their business. I asked about the application process and all I got was attitude. not professional at all.
I have had a great move in experience. Even when I had issues of concern my questions and concerns have been addressed in a timely manner and with professionalism!! They are always friendly and ready to help in anyway possible! I recommend them for anyone moving to Conway for the best move in experience and a rental company who truly cares about renters! Plus they give you a cute move in bag with goodies! That’s a cute little plus 🙂
