I highly recommend this company! They were able to schedule me for a next day appointment. They showed up on time and quickly resolved the issue. Erik and Daniel were friendly and knowledgeable. In these days of poor customer service, these guys show how it should be done! I will definitely be calling them for any future garage door issues.
Great prompt expert and friendly service. They installed a new motor for me several years ago and I was very pleased with the price and the service. Had an old spring break on Thursday night. Robert answered my call and set up a service call for Friday. He came out and did an inspection and spent time explaining what needed to be done, and made sure he answered any questions we had. They sent a quote to us within minutes for us to review and approve, and came Saturday morning to replace the broken spring - took less than an hour. Very satisfied with Advanced and will recommend them to our friends.
Advanced Garage Doors provided us with great customer service and showed exceptional work. We wanted an extra large door (18×12) installed for our metal RV garage. Robert and Jeff came out to discuss various styles, sent estimate, came back and checked everything ahead of coming to install. They sold us a quality door and set up installation at our convenience. My husband and I are not very knowledgeable of programing controls. They took extra time and set up our outside garage and house garage to all controllers. Robert also registered our new door for warranty and adjusted chain on our home garage. We also had a problem with our charge card and they took time to work with that and we took care of it the next day. Even though Robert and Jeff have not been an independent company but several years they are outstanding young men making sure customers are completely satisfied, use top notch materials and have experienced workmanship. Advance Garage Doors did an outstanding job on the installation of my new garage door! Jeff and Robert were very polite, respectful, and knowledgeable. During the initial quote, they explained my options and made great recommendations based on my needs and budget. They were prompt in getting me my quotes the same day and were responsive through calls and texts. In addition to being flexible to schedule on a day that works for me, they called the day prior to remind me of the appointment and notified me when they were on their way. They arrived on-time and worked both carefully and diligently to do an outstanding job. Thanks again Jeff and Robert! I would highly recommend to anyone seeking repair or installation of garage doors!
