A&D Collision - Auto Body Repair in Haslett MI

Repair shop like many that claim to not have the staff to meet the needs. Most of us need our vehicles and most of us don't have the luxury of a rental, or loaner car. While their new building is pretty, they felt really slow, having my car in for almost 3 weeks, waiting on a part? My van has been dropped off for well over a week, and hasn't been diagnosed. It is very concerning that everything seems to take a very long time to be looked at. They did however give me a loaner car for a couple of days, so that was nice even if it had all of the vehicle lights and warning on, and told to ignore them. That didn't make me feel safe at all. I say give them a try and know there are other good mechanic's out there, but they seem to be hard to find.

I had a situation where a light post won against my car during the holidays and they were so quick to get me in. Everyone else was booked for months and they were super accommodating about everyone. Because of my insurance I had to bring it in twice for an initial review and then for the full repair and they were able to get me a loaner both times. On top of that, they were able to really accommodate around my schedule. Once I got it back, it looked brand new. I have a really unique green color for my car so I was a little worried about them matching it but you can’t tell one bit. Highly recommend.

I just have to say that from the moment that I walked in until my truck had been to the body shop and the service department, it was basically first class all the way . Having worked in retail myself, my company knew that we could never compete on prices with everything type of thing. But the one thing that we could do was give superior customer service and that would bring customers back to us over and over again. And that is exactly what I received from Ryan and Justin and forgive me if I forgot some of the other names because I just had surgery and was a little out of it but they were so polite and friendly and genuine. The work was completed promptly and the prices were very reasonable and I appreciate it all that they did. They followed up with phone calls or texts so that I would be in the loop all the way and in my opinion went out of the way to help me get new tires because they knew I needed them and with my right shoulder being completely replaced I needed a reliable and dependable truck to get me around safely. So all I can say is that they want me over and my neighbor goes to them for their RV and my roommate is now going there for servicing so word of mouth is the best form of advertisement. So once again I rarely give out five stars and unless something drastically changes they will continue to get a five star. So if you've had bad experiences at a dealership or other service stations, give them a try. You won't be sorry. Thank you, A&D Collision. You are a top-rated company and it shows.
