We spend over 150k on a packaging machine. Our salesman was great before we committed during the sale he promised on site support and told us that their equipment is all made in California and they will have tech support people on the ground ready to help. So we decided to go ahead and placed the order. The equipment was ready but they wanted 5k dollars to put it into a crate we agreed however when the equipment showed up it was on a pallet and not a custom crate, then to add insult to injury they wanted additional money to put the equipment togather, we had to agree because at this point we are over a barrel. We spend additional 4k dollars for putting the equipment togather and training. Now the equipment is set up but guess what, it doesn't work correctly and no one will come out to help. Accutek if you see this review please reach out. We have a 150k paperweight.

My company had an issue with our Labelette and we could not troubleshoot the issue. Scott B. took the time to facetime use and was able to resolve the issue. Scott B. and the team at Accutek was able to get the parts we needed and get us back in business. Scott B. showed excellent customer service and was very knowledgeable about the machine and always helps us in getting the correct part for our machines. Thank you all!
The company I work for had an issue with our Labelette machine, where we needed pieces shipped to us over night and then fixed right away. Scott helped us out and was truly amazing he got the pieces we needed shipped to us as soon as possible and then even FaceTimed with me to walk me throw fixing the machine so we didn’t have to wait on a person from their company to come do it for us. He explained everything clearly. I’ve worked on that machine for 3-4 years now and he still taught me a lot more about the Labelette than I already new. He is great at what he does and if I ever need help with any accutek machine I will 100% get in touch with him again.
The last few days I had an amazing experience with customer service in Accutek Packaging from Wiley in the Accutek Service Department. I had a problem finding the right solution and Wiley with his patience , his professionalism and the wide knowledge on his field helped me out and finally we found the solution. I wish all people in companies with technical support to be so good and well trained. Now-days unfortunately it is hard to find people that care and want to solve problems. Thank you Wiley, you really promote Accutek's brand name.
Great experience with Brandon Williams. Most suppliers had a 6-10 week lead time for equipment, but with his assistance we had our product sent in, set up on the equipment, video of our materials operating successfully and equipment out the door in 5 days. Thank you!
