Really great place to sell gold. They explained everything very clearly.

Went in new to buying silver. The gentleman in the store was professional and answered my questions. I left with a few ounces was a great experience.

Today was my birthday and I am a new coin collector as I told Aaron when I arrived. I asked if we could maybe talk about my collection which I brought with me and I was immediately met with “well, I don’t have time to talk, but what do you want me to look at?”. After showing him a clear error coin, you could tell his motive was to get rid of me. He apparently pays no attention to error coins. He even said you have to watch out for guys showing errors to make money. I was actually in there to verify I had a rare coin with no intent to sell or trade, as I am a new collector as stated. I could keep going, don’t waste your time like I did. Aaron was very interested in helping those who were going to make him money, that’s it. Aaron lost $200 in sales today which I spent at Beck in Sherwood Park Mall instead. Go there, great customer experience, less like money mart.

I have never left a review for anything but I want to warn people about this place. The guy (Aaron) was rude, condescending, handled BU proof coins without gloves, walked away and served another customer in the middle of our transaction, has his motorbike parked in the middle of the shop for winter storage - a very small space that you can barely get around it, offered me $50 for an NGS certified, graded coin with a book value of $420!! He proved he knows nothing about banknotes when he paid me with a three digit repeater in EF condition which I just sold for 40% more than face value. Will tell everyone I know not never go to this place! Would leave ZERO STARS if possible,

Response from the owner2 weeks ago You can to us a year after you picked up the product and claimed we "short-changed you". Our understanding of the situation is that your female friend bought the order on your behalf. You weren't even our customer, we have many many cameras in the store to verify transactions. If there is a discrepancy, please report it right away. Ugh okay, so no one brought the order on my behalf, I went to the bank took out cash and came to the store. I did call but was told you don't keep a record for that long.

I took some old broken jewelry in. I was somewhat uncomfortable as I have never done anything like this before. I was instantly put at ease, every piece was tested for purity and put in the scale right in front of me. I was pleasantly surprised at what I was offered for the old items. All the staff was friendly and professional! I was paid CASH for my my items ! Excellent service!!! I would recommend them to all my friends !
