The staff is very helpful and made it easier to select the jewelry I was looking for. The store has plenty of options to pick from and well organized. The staff here made sure we were inside as it was raining and offered beverages while we were here. Overall my experience at Aabhushan was great.

They are literally looting people when they go to buy new gold jewellery by exchanging their old jewellery, they will arrive at net weight after checking and appropriating the purity (no machine for purity checking, you have to accept what they say) and quotes 200 Rupees less than the market price per gram for your old gold by creating a fancy name called as melting price, please be aware and cautious about their misleading calculations. Even their making charges are abnormal and sales people are not willing to negotiate much with the customer, though the only good part about this showroom is their variety of designs Update: I am editing my review since the owner of the store Mr Mahaveer was kind enough to call me personally and resolved the issue to my satisfaction after knowing the details and explained that the difference amount was due to a technical problem which their staff did not pay attention to and refunded the difference amount promptly. Happy to be their customer and thanks to Aabushan management for following up and redressing my grievance within 2 days

It was my first visit to Aabhushan..I was spellbound with the options which they have. Great staff with utmost patience to show all different varieties. I went with my cousin to purchase for her and ended up buying for myself too as I couldn't resist the beautiful pieces of art. Compare to other jewellery shops, I felt the charges on making and wastage is better. I would recommend you to visit this shop to check out on the beautiful jewellery pieces and a great customer experience.

BEWARE WORST PLACE EVER! They have to learn how to handle a customer. The staff is having zero professionalism in customer handling, I wonder how can someone be so rude? We literally need to ask them multiple times to show us the new collections, they treat each customer differently. In the name of Gold/Silver monthly investment they are cheating the customers!!! 1 month bonus which they agree to give is not worthy, their making charges is 18% & they fool the customers telling 18% is charged again per gram for the design. If you have any issues/plans for exchanging the item the time period is between 1 to 5 days only, if in case if you go talk to them to understand more about this, they treat you like beggars. No customer retention policy, no customer loyalty is maintained. We shell out our hard earned money but these people take the benefit & after payment is done they treat us like strangers and cheat. Their is lot many competitors in the market, think more than 100 times before entering this place… Do not be cheated by deciding to visit here!

A shop with good variety of options. Been a customer for the past 17years. Can get customized jewelry done, with a waiting period of around 3 weeks. The staff is friendly and cooperative. They have 2 shops one for silver and the other for gold present adjacent to each other. Special thanks to Mr.Jitendar, always helpful with the service! The wedding collections here are good too. We generally leave this place satisfied, overall a good service!
