Anthony has supported us with 2 investment properties so far that have grown significantly in value in the last 6-12 months respectively. I would say I was very active in scouring the property market before engaging A2B but they presented me with better properties that were outside of those I could find myself, including many off market options through their network of agents all across Australia. A2B’s value add is their network of other partners that can support the property investment process including build and pest inspectors, property managers and trades that have made it simple to buy and renovate without having to travel to inspect the properties in person. Our 2 properties have increased in value significantly and paid off his fee numerous times over in such a short space of time making it a very easy decision to working with A2B again as we continue to grow our portfolio.
