The residents and staff at 5151 have been so welcoming. I love this area and what it has to provide. 5151 strives to provide amazing customer service and make sure all needs are met. I love it here!!! 10/10!

If you enjoy having your things stolen, this is the place for you! Within 6 months, my catalytic converter was stolen TWICE from the “secured” garage. The office refuse to get involved nor did they make any changes to improve security. They don’t accept any responsibility even when they are not taking quality action to provide a safe residence, even after multiple offenses reported. Was also approached by an officer who was investigating a robbery on-site in which someone was held at gun point. For your own safety don’t live here. Can’t wait until my lease is up!

Pros: Prime location. Close to the highway, Galleria Mall, restaurants and easy to travel North to Plano/Frisco, or Downtown to the city. Great floor plans, quiet community, and clean. Cons: The community was built almost 7 years ago so the once brand new appliances are starting to fail. They've superglued pieces of our microwave back on, the fridge has a large dent but they wouldn't replace it, both our dishwasher and washer needed to be replaced but only after multiple service requests and complaints. Everything looks nice at first but is cheaply built. Weak floors, the toilets run, we're on the top floor and can actually hear the AC units running on the roof. The worst thing are the cracks forming throughout the hallways and especially our unit. They'll tell you it's normal Texas foundation issues but it's so bad that they keep changing the locks on our front door because the door is actually moving downward. There are large cracks in our foyer that have been drywalled, repainted, and came back worse. Doesn't seem safe at all. Not a terrible place but there are better options out there especially for these prices.

This place has overcharged us routinely and tries to take every little dime they can from you. Extremely unhappy with the service. I never leave bad reviews because the punishment isn’t usually severe (like if you had a bad meal - you’ll live) but when moving to a place you want to have a pleasant experience because well… you live there. This was absolutely not it in any way.

Great complex, nice, quiet, & peaceful. The staff is very friendly & welcoming. Perfect location, with a great view of the tollway. What keeps me from giving it 5 stars are some minor details. For example, the wet wipes in the gym sometimes go 2-4 days without being refilled. Sometimes there’s small pieces of trash that’ll remain in the same spot for a couple days as well. Which makes it clear it’s not being thoroughly cleaned, and/or on a constant basis. Heck, there’s even a cobweb on the wall, by one of the lights next to the windows, & it’s been there the whole time I’ve lived here (9 months). Even on the elevators out in the garage, spiders & cobwebs untouched right above them. One of the ceiling fans in the gym has never worked since I’ve resided here either. Also, the lights in the pool are hardly ever on. They have some colored bulbs in the pool which gives it a nice illumination at night. But they hardly turn them on. They say it’s to deter people from going after hours, but if security was consistent, this wouldn’t be an issue. Some of us just enjoy the view of the pool from our patio. Same goes with the lights in the courtyard. Also, one of the buttons in the main elevator has been inoperative since I’ve been here. The button that makes the door close instead of you having to wait for it. Makes a little difference when you’re in a hurry. The carpets in the hallways aren’t cleaned too often either. These things all may seem minuscule, but the small details also count. Especially when their website currently states “unparalleled amenities, exceptional style, nonstop luxury”. Residents are expected to do their part, we expect the same in return from our building. My roommate & I are still happy here, but there’s room for improvement.
