I have recently moved in here with my family. Thaer & Syed helped us out and made all the necessary arrangements from leasing formalities closure to move in within very short amount of time. We are new here but these two gentlemen made us very comfortable by giving us clear instructions and responding to our queries and requests on time. On the rent side it seems bit high but the rest are fine.
I have been living here for more than 1.5 years now. I have never faced any problems living here. I wanted to write about Thaer Mousa, especially since he is our property manager. He is a very kind, polite and very helpful person. Whenever we have problems in our apartment, he quickly fixes the problems or provides the solution to the Problem. Thank you so much, Thaer helping us every time.
The building manager Thaer Mousa is the exception of Hazelview Properties. He is personable and quick to response to issues arises with my apartment. I wish the upper manager resolves the garbage and recycle issues. Thaer already have to deal with many responsibilities within the building on top of being the janitor having to clean up litters from the garbage and recycle bin on a daily basis.
I have lived at 41 Dundonald for close to 30 years and in that time have endured various ownerships, property managers, and on site superintendents. The most recent owners, Hazelview Properties, are to be commended for their improvements to the building after years of neglect by previous owners. The most tangible improvement it must be said is the presence of on site superintendent, Thaer Mousa. Thaer is efficient, considerate, always helpful no matter what the issue and he always displays a caring attitude toward the tenants. I believe I can speak on behalf of many other long term residents when I say that Thaer makes it a pleasure to live here.
I have lived at 41 Dundonald for roughly 20 years. The most recent owners Hazelview have done a lot of cosmetic renovations. New carpet. Exterior interior paint, a new sign, overpriced landscaping, and elevators to justify charging double rent to new tenants in addition applying two years in a row for above guideline rent increases. 41 Dundonald may appear to be clean and safe, but we do not have regular cleaners or 24-hour security. Upper management have ignored my frequent request for security for over a year. Upper management thinks one man (our building on-site superintendent Thaer) can do it all; manage tenants and their request, clean the building, kick out mentally ill trespassers, stop vandals, be threatened by street people, clean up fecal matter and urine left by the trespassers, fix the never-ending damaged caused by local homeless and take the regular complaints from tenants about the lack of security. Thaer is one good thing this building has to offer, he works hard, he is patient, and understanding. Thaer get 5 stars. He does the best job one man can do, while being expected to do the jobs of 4 employees. (Superintendent, day security, night security and a daily cleaner). I feel bad for new tenants who rent an overpriced apartment believing it to be safe and clean, then coming home to find homeless people blocking the building entrance, squatting in the stairwell, garbage thrown all over the property or discovering your car window was smashed in the underground garage.
