We love coming to this office! Everyone here is so friendly and welcoming. The doctors and nurses are very thorough, helpful, and always willing to listen to our loads of questions. If I ever have a quick question, they are on top of returning my message. You can tell they care so much about each patient.
Best of the best. The rooms are all detailed with different themes, which the kids love. ALL of the nurses/doctors are great and understand how to work with little ones. Communication, excellent. Overall a friendly, welcoming, and positive atmosphere. I understand why all of their staff are always smiling.
I do not recommend this place. Everybody is super friendly but have no idea what they are doing. I gave the place “several opportunities” but never had good experience with their treatments, every time they were wrong. Always prescribe sooooo much medicines! I prefer less smiles and more knowledge!
I love this office. Each of the providers and nurses are knowledgeable, caring, and go the extra mile to make their patients and families feel comfortable and supported. Paul, Nurse Practitioner, always takes the time to answer my questions and concerns and explain everything in a way I can understand. The office is clean and the rooms are decorated with fun themes. Front desk staff are very kind and friendly. I highly recommend this office they truly care.
Called in the morning for an urgent new patient appt. Carson at the front desk was super friendly. Dr. Naylor was hilarious and explained all of our different options. The office is decorated super cute with different themes for each room. The whole office runs like a well-oiled machine! Edit (9 months later): My 3 children now see the fantastic NP Meghan Hoffmann at 18 & Under. She takes as much time as you need, looks in your eyes and cares deeply about whatever your concerns are, goes the extra mile to give you options on care, and is just a wonderful Mama herself and pediatrician. Recommend her 110%.
